Niniejszy regulamin określa zasady korzystania z serwisu multiscala.com, prowadzonego przez Łukasza Kwiecińskiego (info@multiscala.com). Korzystanie z serwisu oznacza akceptację poniższych zasad.

Rejestracja i konto użytkownika

Rejestracja w serwisie jest bezpłatna. Użytkownik zobowiązuje się do podania prawdziwych danych oraz nieudostępniania swojego konta osobom trzecim. Konto nieaktywne przez okres 2 lat może zostać usunięte.

Wymagania wiekowe

Serwis multiscala.com przeznaczony jest dla osób, które ukończyły 18 lat. Rejestrując konto, użytkownik oświadcza, że spełnia powyższy wymóg wiekowy.

Konto bezpłatne

Użytkownik z kontem bezpłatnym może dodawać do 5 modeli miesięcznie. Na stronach serwisu mogą być wyświetlane reklamy Google AdSense.

Konto Premium

Konto Premium dostępne jest w dwóch wariantach: subskrypcja miesięczna oraz roczna. Szczegółowe ceny dostępne są na stronie zakupu. Konto Premium zapewnia:

— dodawanie modeli bez miesięcznego limitu

— dostęp do dodatkowych statystyk i funkcji

— moduł Bilans — śledzenie wydatków na kolekcję

— moduł Cele — planowanie i realizacja celów kolekcjonerskich

— dostęp do aplikacji offline (moja kolekcja)

Płatności i zwroty

Płatności obsługiwane są przez zewnętrznego operatora płatności. Subskrypcja nie odnawia się automatycznie — użytkownik dokonuje płatności świadomie za wybrany okres. Ze względu na cyfrowy charakter usługi, zwroty nie są możliwe po aktywacji konta Premium.

Treści użytkowników

Użytkownik dodając zdjęcia i opisy modeli oświadcza, że posiada do nich prawa lub są one wolne od praw autorskich. Administrator zastrzega sobie prawo do usunięcia treści naruszających prawa osób trzecich lub niezgodnych z regulaminem.

Odpowiedzialność

Administrator dokłada wszelkich starań aby serwis działał nieprzerwanie, jednak nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za czasowe przerwy techniczne. Administrator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za treści dodawane przez użytkowników.

Zmiany regulaminu

Administrator zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany regulaminu. Użytkownicy zostaną poinformowani o zmianach poprzez komunikat w serwisie. Dalsze korzystanie z serwisu po wprowadzeniu zmian oznacza ich akceptację.

Free Account

Users with a free account can add up to 5 models per month. Google AdSense ads may be displayed on the website.

Premium Account

The Premium Account is available in two options: monthly and annual subscriptions. Detailed pricing is available on the purchase page. A Premium Account provides:

— adding models without a monthly limit

— access to additional statistics and features

— Balance module—tracking collection expenses

— Goals module—planning and achieving collection goals

— offline mode (My collection)

Payments and Refunds

Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. The subscription does not automatically renew—the user makes the payment consciously for the selected period. Due to the digital nature of the service, refunds are not possible after activating the Premium Account.

User Content

By adding photos and descriptions of models, the User declares that they hold the rights to them or that they are copyright-free. The Administrator reserves the right to remove content that infringes the rights of third parties or violates the Terms and Conditions.

Liability

The Administrator makes every effort to ensure the website operates continuously, but is not responsible for temporary technical interruptions. The Administrator is not responsible for content added by users.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The Administrator reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions. Users will be notified of any changes via a notice on the website. Your continued use of the website after changes are made constitutes acceptance of them.
